I have written an article on 23/11/2025 with the same title as above, minus the ‘No. 2.’ In the first article, I spoke about two foreign businessmen who were duped by a Kano ‘businessman’. 

THE two foreigners, one from Turkey and the other from India, were duped N1.5 billion, and after all efforts to get their money failed, they ‘reported’ the case to the people’s court of BEREKETE FAMILY. There, they spoke of what happened, including the efforts they had made to recoup their money.

In the write up, I recounted how, “TWO businessmen, one each from India and Turkey, were collectively CHEATED and DECEIVED of the stupendous SUM of N1.5 billion by a so called Muslim Kano ‘businessman’, and ALL efforts by the DUO collectively and individually failed to yield them N1.00 from the duper. 

“THE foreign businessmen, HAD, based on TRUST, send the Kano man products from their respective countries amounting to the said money. After receiving the goods (products), the man REFUSED to pay them. 

“AND after exhausting ALL avenues to receive their money, they took the MATTER before the BEREKETE FAMILY Program, where the SOLE financier and ‘producer’, Alhaji Mohammed Isa, grilled them in his ‘COURT’, for the entire world to hear the thing of SHAME that the KANO ‘businessman’ perpetrated on two foreigners.

“WHEN the two foreign men contacted him for their money after NOT hearing from him for a long time, he first shamelessly told them that he could pay them only HALF the amount he owed them, and the agreed, believing in the dictum that ‘half a bread is better than no bread. 

“BUT when he heard that they agreed to receive the halved amount as their final payment, the so called businessman went down further to tell his victims that he would NOT be able to pay even that amount, but would only be able to give them N3.74 billion. They agreed to that one too. At last, he clearly told them that he was NOT GOING to pay them one Kobo (Dime, as they say there).  

“THE duped foreigners are unaware that Nigeria is FULL of people who make CHEATING their daily ROUTINE, regardless of their religious belief or social standing in the country. 

“FOR a better understanding of Nigeria, it is a country where someone of EXAGGERATED ‘IMPORTANCE’ (a coward actually), will travel from Abuja to his TERRORISTS-RAVAGED state in the North Western part of the country, in a CONVOY of about 100 fuel consuming vehicles and a plane above. Fuel (or what is called GAS in the US) sells for about N950.00 per litre in Nigeria, at the moment. 

“THE ‘important’ person may be afraid of the same lawless people that they pay to KILL, ABDUCT humans and animals, as well as demand for RANSOM, which they often receive long after they have KILLED the abductee or abductees.  

“NIGERIA is a country where for ‘GOLD AND SILVER’, a lot of people, including some members of the so called leaders, will trade it off to foreign trigger-happy countries that are RULED by MAD MEN, like US’s DONALD TRUMP. 

“BUT if the Indian, and the TURKISH hopes appear lost in this world, then God ALMIGHTY Will SURELY Get back for them their due in the hereafter. Possibly starting from the present world”.

IN the same vein, I also leave the matter to God, to give me my due from all the people who cheated me, or physically approached me to cheat, or phoned to purposely mislead me. There are many of them around, who make their living from cheating or deceiving others, irrespective of their relationship with their target.

SOME of them are leaches who rant against someone in order to gain a financial favour forgetting that they have previously spoken ill of the person that they are obsequiously SERVING, some of them DELIBERATELY commit PERJURY so as to deceive everybody around, some DELETE self-indicting SMS (TEXT) messages that they had thought were in their favour, and some are in the habit of sending INSULTING SMS messages that leads them into getting an immediate or delayed comeuppance, because such messages are often kept by the recipient. 

VERY recently, someone whom I had thought was a very innocent person, was sent to me for an unfriendly, deceptive and un innocently purpose. He was apparently sent by the person who introduced him to me some ten (10) years ago. He came to me through a mutual acquaintance after nearly four years of my last meeting with him.

BUT after phone and SMS (TEXT) messages to him a number of times, including some from yours sincerely, went unanswered, it became clear to me that I was deceived by the ‘very innocent person’. And later, something valuable went ‘EXTINCT’ from an equally valuable item of mine.

MAY God render such people and their sponsors total failures in their cheating lives. May He make decent people recognise, and keep their distance away from them.
